2 envelopes Knox gelatin
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
Papaya Ice

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 papaya (about 1 lb), peeled, seeded, and cubed, about 1 3/4 c. cubes
4 tsp. lemon juice
Spritz Bouy (Hungarian Dessert)

3 sticks margarine (or 1 stick butter & 2 margarine)
1 orange rind
1 lemon rind
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 heaping tbsp. of sour cream

1 c. hot water
Juice of 2 lemons
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Yellow food coloring
