Healthy Food Recipe

These are peanut butter cookies the way Mom used to make them, with the
crisscross pattern on the top. They are simple and delicious.

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed

1 cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky
