Essential Fatty Acids are oils, omega-3 and omega-6, that you can
find, in certain amounts, in all oils that you can purchase in
most the health food and regular grocery stores. These fatty
acids are called essential because you cannot create them in your
body and your cells use them every day.
With so many people concerned about natural and organic foods
these days, it's useful to stop and really take a look at what
"natural" and "organic" foods really are. We all know that
natural and organic foods are better for us than highly processed
or artificial foods, but do we really know which foods are
natural and organic? When you buy food that is labeled "natural,"
what does that really mean? What about "organic"?It turns out
that the term "natural" doesn't mean all that much.
I'm always amazed at how many people seem to know the answer to
this question yet in practice they fail. Everybody I've talked to

startling conclusion that taking high-dose fish oils, which are
very rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, helps support a healthy heart,
a healthy brain, a healthy immune system, healthy joint movement,
healthy kidneys and much more. Each grade of fish oil is
distinguished from the other by its purity and concentration of
long-chain omega-3 fatty acids.

mixed reputation. They are high in fat, but have no
carbohydrates.

play a role in triggering eczema. It has only been in recent
