You must add some fresh cherries, which are now in season, to
your health routine this week.I don't know about you, but when my
local supermarket runs specials on cherries, I won't leave the
store without buying several pounds of these delicious and
healthy orbs.
Okay, so you think you are doing pretty well with your diet. You
prepare most of your meals at home, don't eat much junk food and
aren't a fast food eater only rarely.
"What exercises can I do to ?? As fitness professional I hear
these words often. It doesn't matter if the sentence ends with,
"get bigger muscles", "firm up my butt" or "flatten my stomach".
I'm 40-something years old, and for 40-something years breakfast
has been a pain. Some of my earliest memories are getting ready
for school with my mother insisting I eat a bowl of cereal.
I confess: I'm completely addicted to Pringles. My determination
weakens every time I think about munching into one, hearing the
crunch, and getting that first taste of its salty flavor.

of negative emotions -- we give no thought to what becomes of our
food once it has been swallowed.We have been led to assume that

is efficiently absorbed into the body where it nourishes our
cells, with the waste products being eliminated completely by the
large intestine.

The key to good hydration is drinking a lot of water before,
