Recently, trans fats have risen to the forefront of the nutrition
world. It is not uncommon on a regular visit to the grocery store
to see a wide range of products advertising themselves as being
"trans fat free".
I'll preface this article by saying that it will help if you have
an open mind and accept that some of these facts are a slap in
the face to politically correct nutrition in this day and age
where fats are admonished by nutritionists, doctors, etc. To
start, eating an adequate supply of healthy dietary fats is
vitally important to your overall health.
Constipation is the passing of dry, hard faeces fewer than three
times a week. Individuals who have constipation may find it
painful and difficult to have a bowel movement, also other
symptoms include feeling sluggishness, bloated and uncomfortable.
Constipation is a condition whereby the fecal matter traveling
through your colon remains too long in your colon before
traveling out of the rectum. You become aware that you are
constipated if you have difficulty passing motion or take a few
days to do one purge.
Evidence for the importance of fruit and vegetable intake to
health and quality of life with aging is widely recognized.
Consuming fruits and vegetables can reduce an individual's risk
of cardiovascular disease and many cancers.
The first place that we cut corners when we are busy or stressed
is our eating and in particular our breakfast. The food you eat
forms the very building blocks of your body, but most of us have
lost sight of the fact that food is fuel and that the purpose of
eating is to provide our bodies with the tools they need for
energy, functioning, building and maintenance.
Making simple changes to your food diet can help remedy some of
the common health problems. Increasingly, more health experts are
acknowledging that natural food is a good alternative medicine
against many diseases.
One must always keep in mind that copper is not just a kind of
metal, when it comes to medicine and health, copper is actually a
trace element mineral that serves a wide variety of purposes for
the body, both on its own as well as a cofactor. Although the
body requires a comparatively tiny amount of copper per day, even
that little bit of copper is proven to be essential to having
very good health.

it is hard to choose just one at a time. My motto is Unhealthy
Soil = Unhealthy Plants and Animals = Unhealthy People.
All of my life I believed the best way to eat blueberries was
with a muffin wrapped around them. No way could plain
off-the-bush berries taste good.
There are numerous diets out there that guarantee that they are
the ones that will work. We all know who and what they are.
