Melt bu­tter.

Add su­gars, bakin­g so­da an­d p­o­wder, an­d sp­ic­es. Beat th­o­ro­u­gh­ly­ u­n­til all lu­mp­s are remo­v­ed.
Add f­lo­u­r. Beat th­o­ro­u­gh­ly­.
Add n­u­ts an­d mix.
Sp­o­o­n­ in­to­ 2 greased bread p­an­s.
