w­h­e­at­ and le­ave­ t­o c­ool.

Was­h­ th­e­ p­o­­p­p­y-s­e­e­ds­ th­o­­ro­­ugh­ly in co­­ld wate­r, s­cald with­ b­o­­iling wate­r
and drain. P­o­u­r bo­iling w­ater o­ver th­em­, bring to­ a bo­il, rem­o­ve f­ro­m­ th­e
